What is a
Novated Lease?
A Novated Lease is a financial arrangement between four parties: an Employee, an Employer, a Finance Company, and an Administrator, such as FAA Sal Pac.
The Employee leases a new, used or existing car and the Employer takes responsibility for the expenses of the car for the duration of the lease arrangement.
How does it
all work?
- The Employee enters a car lease with the Finance Company;
- A Novation Agreement is then made between the Employer, the Employee, and the Finance Company;
- The Administrator (FAA Sal Pac) facilitates and manages this Agreement.
